Open Water Swimming @ West Reservoir Centre, Stoke Newington
Capital Tri offer weekly coached open water swim sessions to help you improve your fitness and technique in triathlon and open water swimming. Advanced swimmers will benefit from our fitness sessions while intermediate swimmers will be more at home with out open water technique sessions.

Brick Sessions @ Lee Valley VeloPark (Olympic Park)
We run blocks of brick (run and cycle) sessions on the cycling road circuit at the Lee Valley VeloPark on Tuesday evenings. The blocks take place early and late summer.

GoTri Duathlons @ Lee Valley VeloPark (Olympic Park)
We run also run mid-week GoTri Duathlons every few weeks, which are informal races that many people use as a relaxed introduction to multi-sport racing and transitions, or as a regular training session to keep up their race skills.
