Stretch right - using Pilates

It's all well and good doing the hard work but if you don't stretch right after you can delay recovery. Eleah is one of Fix's pilates experts and has two stretches to recommend...

1.Thread the Needle- glute and hip stretch, hold 1 min each side. Lie on back, put opposite ankle on bent knee, join hands behind that knee and pull towards you to feel the stretch.

2.Runners lunge: Left leg forward right leg back. Set up the left ankle under the knee and then reach through your right heel. Sink the hips slowly and breathe here for 1-3min expanding the space between your left knee and right ankle. Other side.
