We have open-water swims, aquathlons and open-water swim training sessions at the West Reservoir, Stoke Newington. If you have never been, it is a true urban oasis, where you can forget you are actually in London.

We also have duathlons and brick (bike+run) training sessions at the amazing Lee Valley Velo Park, an amazing facility in Stratford that forms part of London's Olympic legacy.

The Brick sessions are back!

Improve your cycling and running and improve your general fitness with us!

Our brick sessions are a 90 minute running and cycling workout at Lee Valley Velo Park for people of all standards.

You can sign up for a block of 6, which includes three GOTRI races, here. Alternatively you can sign up week by week here.


We're taking bookings for our next brick training course at Lee Valley Velopark. It's a 90 minute weekly session that will improve your cylcing skills and stamina, and pair this work with running, to ensure you don't fade on a triathlon.

The sessions are fully coached and designed for both beginners and experiened triathletes.
